If you choose to give NP the benefit of the doubt then you are free to do so. being suspicious of posters with a history of rabid antipathy on a subject is not the same as giving someone the benefit of the doubt.
Speaking of twisting peoples words… can I suggest that the correct way for you to add your own words to someone elses’ comments in their own post that you quote would be to do so, in bold as you have done or in another color or maybe italics, and then add a note ‘My comments in bold/color/italics’ to distinguish what you’ve added from what the poster you quote actually wrote themselves?
Otherwise it looks like you are just… well… twisting someones’ words

Can’t believe I’m actually having to parse this out, but here goes. First you claimed that it was okay to demand someone post something to prove something to you, that it was part of the definition of being “skeptical.”
I then posted a dictionary definition of skeptical.
You then said you would not be “belittled into silence (sic) acquiescence”
FYI, it is possible to be skeptical, and express your skepticism; without sealioning, without badgering and without being a jerk. That would make for a refreshing change and a more civil conversation.

I think the information on this thread from those who have gotten the phone calls from the self styled expert are helpful to those who do not know him. I learned about NP from some of the old threads on Coth.
The Thompson guy from SC who had Old Orchard Farm is mentioned on the missing horses forum. I was warmed about him on Coth years ago. Posters on Coth are great to warn the uninformed about dangers out there in the horse world.

Thank you Sendenhorse. I’m just keeping on keeping on. I have too much going on to worry about things that I cannot change. I will follow what avenues I can while keeping my integrity. I think most reasonable people will see the reality of the situation. I appreciate eveeyone’s concern.

This thread consolidates all the info into one area.
I never saw a thread about SW until this one was started (there was one other specifically about SW that was started at the same time as this one). Prior to this, everything I found was scattered bits across the net. For someone casually researching SW, those scattered bits probably wouldn’t be found. This thread ties it all together AND adds to them.
Whereas NP has several other threads focused solely on his training, info on his actions, and replies from him, that allow someone to get an overall idea of who NP is and what kind of trainer he is.
However, now that SW and NP are working together to promote each others version of the truth, then maybe they need to be discussed as one unit. Two sides of the same coin?
