Horseless Rider - Fort Worth, TX
Looking to get back into the saddle - grew up riding (western pleasure, a smidge of dressage, mostly H/J) and competed regularly in IHSA during college…then grad school took all my time and $! Now I’m settled in the Fort Worth area and dying to get back to it. Looking for a horse who needs some exercise and love to help me ease back in. Would be open to a cost-of-care or partial lease arrangement, but not interested in a full lease or obligation to show.
Flexible availability, willing to drive within 50 mi of 76107.

16.2+ hunter/eq/dressage mare for free lease in NE
Really lovely and wonderfully comfortable to sit, adjustable, responsive and smart. Not hot, no bad habits, great downward transitions, brave to all jumps including cross country schooling. Would make a lot of riders very happy - nice for dressage, hacking out, course work and equitation… Sound and sane with no special needs. Our only issue right now is time and daughter having gone to college. Looking for the right situation to send her on an off farm lease, only asking that her basic expenses be covered (shod in front). Warmblood build but she is a TB and has a willing work ethic.

RIDERLESS HORSES IN SE PA
I do rehab and rescue of American Saddlebreds, teaching them to be dressage horses. This involves a huge amount of ground work, and then under saddle work. If you are interested in learning how to long line and longe, work through caveletti, as well as ride these horses, maybe we’d have a great fit!

Riderless Horses in Brenham, TX
They aren’t actually riderless but could stand to be ridden a couple more times a week than I can manage.
Horses are at my place with outdoor arena only. Prefer intermediate rider. Must be comfortable riding in an arena with no fence (out in the open) and must be okay to ride on your own (after several sessions with me to get to know the horses.)
Fancy warmblood mare that is returning to work so will be kind of boring until she gets back in shape (walk and trot with just a little canter at first.) Can be quite forward but no bad habits under saddle. Needs a light seat and light hand. Flat work only. Open to offsite free lease on this mare also - but has to be in my general area (within easy driving distance.)
Saintly QH gelding that packs me around the 2’6"-2’9" hunter ring. Easy to ride and a very good boy. Can be jumped SPARINGLY but I only have 2 jumps in my arena anyway. (I try to save his legs for shows since he will be 15 in Feb.) Also fine to trail ride around my property. All around fun horse that is very sweet.
I am in Kissemmee/St.Cloud/davenport/Lakeland area. My own horse is in training to get sold and I would like to ride something that is a gentle soul so that I can get my fitness level back. I do take lessons weekly even though I have been riding for years. I am a dressage or flat rider. I don’t jump (weenie).

If you were on the east coast I would lease you my TB. He is 2/3rd level. A lot of talent and could most likely go PSG.
Horse for Lease between Aiken and Columbia, SC
ryder is a 15 yr old 14.3 Percheron Thoroughbred cross. He’s built like a Perchie (besides the height) with the chill attitude to match!
Stryder has been eventing for most of his life, with a good foundation in dressage. He always gets in the low to mid 30s in dressage and no rails in jumping. For the past few years he has jumped consistently 2’-2’6. He is a quiet, steady ride that needs alot of leg though he never takes a step wrong. Everyone has ridden this horse, from absolute beginners to more advanced riders. He takes care of his riders but also has a go button when pushed (especially on cross country).
Stryder would be good for a beginner looking to move up and become more advanced in their riding or someone like an adult ammy who needs to gain some confidence.
He is good out on the trails by himself or with others. I frequently ride him bareback and with just a halter and he’s always perfect. Stryder has alot of personality and is a fun horse to be around, always asking for treats and licking everything.
Looking to half-lease but a full lease can be considered while I’m busy with college life. Reply or message if interested!
