You either have the two cutest cats ever in these two, or you have the best timing in taking pictures. Maybe a little of both? Thanks for more smiles. :grinning:

Is she free range around the house yet? Don’t know how you get anything done. These two would have me just watching them all the time.

Hammie is the BEST uncle. What do the others think of this little star?

Well, they are pretty darn cute! I probably go through about 15-20 photos for every one that turns out decently. My old phone’s camera could do action shots, but the new one does not have a setting for that, which sucks. So it’s really a matter of timing and luck.

We JUST started letting her free-range yesterday (e.g., being out all day when I wasn’t home). She did fine; when I got home, she was on my bed asleep. So I’m trying it again today, though of course I’ll go home at noon as usual to check on her!

Ham really is the best. He’s SO patient, but he does have his limits. Last night I heard a kerfluffle in the living room and found that she was playing with Maximus! Tiny was watching them with a very confused look on his little face. Maximus never got to the point where he really wanted to play with or be with Hammie (not like Tiny; Tiny still washes his face for him!), so this was surprising.

Everyone else is mildly tolerant. Mick the Psycho Demon Cat has let her know that if she bothers her again, she’ll melt her face off. The itty-bitty was less than impressed.

Sounds like IttyBitty will learn cat body language and social cues with so many not so friendly
housemates. Well, at least we hope so.
Thanks for the update.

She’s too cute. Mr. Stay Puft is more fitting to that innocent little face.

Leave it to the cats! :kissing_cat::smile_cat::joy_cat::heart_eyes_cat::smirk_cat: (did I emoji all of yours?).
They seem to have voted & accepted the New Girl.
I’m sure Hammie put in a Good Word… probably to give himself some relief from 24/7 Kitten Duty :crying_cat_face:

Pretty close! If there’s al little cat with devil horns, that would be Mick. She’s demonic, and proud of it. I swear she is a true familiar who just never got to the witch she was supposed to be with.

After losing four (ages 8, 9, 14, and 16) in the past two years, I think the itty-bitty is a good change of pace for them. She goes on Friday for her second round of shots, and we’ll discuss when to spay her then. They all wear very bemused expressions when she’s playing.

She survived Day 2 outside the crate just fine - came home at noon to check on her, and she was playing; came home at 5 and she was sleeping. She’s sleeping now next to Ham.

:japanese_ogre:< Mick?
I had one of those.
Black cat named Fremont.
He was DH’s by his choice (cat’s) & hellonwheels to people.
He once came flying into a room & bit my friend through her jeans, drawing blood. For no particular reason :smirk_cat:

Of course she was sleeping with Ham.
He is her BFF whether or not he likes it.
But, from your pics, he likes it :heart_eyes_cat:

Yup, that would be her!!!

Mick was abandoned by her mother at about 4 weeks. She had been moving the kittens every other day between my house and the neighbor’s house, and then one day, Mick was just there by herself. I took her to the neighbor’s and left her with the litter. Next day, the litter was back at my house, but no Mick. So the neighbors called to see if I would come get her. I think her mum knew something . . .

 Sounds like Feral Mom knew a Bad Apple :smirk_cat:
Fremont had no such excuse.
Given to me by a nephew when he was ~6wks, from a friend’s litter of In/Out housecat.
Fremont was also In/Out & I remember hearing some passersby commenting on how cute he was, running to warn them & seeing Demoncat rolling over for bellypets, sweet as pie :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
