I own Valid Conviction, 1992 (Sire, Valid Appeal). He’s a happy hunter in PA.
Anyone know My Market Watch (Marquetry x Quaff, Raise a Cup) when he was racing? He was at Gulfstream, Mountaineer, and then in Ohio. Barn name may have been “Sunny.”
Thanks!
I got an update on Ben’s Approval from gangof4 - thanks!
Still looking for word on Oh So Lively in Rhode Island…
Anybody know my OTTB?
I own General Mill (awful name, huh?), out of Wuhan, by Mercer Mill. He’s an Ohio-bred from Fair Winds Farm and was owned by Jeff Williams for most of his career. Anybody know of my guy? He’s 9 now … and is just fabulous. Love him to bits, and would love to know if any of you guys remember him!!
Hey guys,
Still looking for information on Trippiontherug (sire:Trippi, dam:Miss muscles). I just got a report from Equineline that she was bred to Repent…so she obviously HAS been retired from racing. Last I knew, she was recovering from a condalyr (sp?)fracture and they were hoping to run her again at some point. Tried to buy her then, but she wasn’t available. Anyone know who might have her now?
Thanks!
Johanna
My two:
Al n’ Lisa On Tour (95 g. Tour d’Or x Valdelisa by Valdez) Fla-bred.
Is that not the worst name ever?
Reef Master (93 g. by Another Reef x Gaditana by Sir Wimborne) Md-bred
Galloped: many, but that was long long ago in a galaxy far far away. Own now: Gaelic River.

I’ve already listed this horse, but going to bump him back up anyway…
Greatsilverfleet… he was a nice horse, ran in the Pimlico Special with Pistols and Roses… last known to be in Canada training to be an event horse… he is old now, I would love to hear that he is still okay![/QUOTE]
Found him!!! Living a happy life in Canada!
Thanks for the link Dee!!!
My friends and I just got Kristin Ann (Secretariat x Mod Princess, Gunflint) we’d be interested in finding out where her foals might have ended up.
I bought a stallion off of canter going on 3 years ago. The track he was at , at the time was Charlestown. His name is Dont’callmeacowboy. Bought him from the info his trainer gave me and a photo. He is the love of my life:yes: I bred him to my TB mare and have one of the nicest fillies I’ve seen. He has a great attitude about life and is very easy to handle. If any one knows him, it would be great to hear from you:yes::yes:
I can’t even begin to go through the many horses I’ve dealt with and helped place…
but the ones I’d love to hear if anyone else knew them were
Turn to Count (deceased- 2001 colt)
Wild and Striking (also deceased)
Achille’s Star is one I’d like to know where he is. Also Bold Irishman, Timecomefordemtogo, Quinnmeansbusiness, keepyoureyeonme, and Quincy Light.
Looking for Cosmo
I’m trying to help a friend find a horse she bred. Cosmo is a 9 y/o dark bay gelding, about 15.3, with a star and a snip. His last recorded work was at Indiana Downs in early June. He’s fallen off the radar screen despite her best efforts to keep track of him.
If anyone has this horse, please email me. She just wants to know that he is safe. And he’ll always have a place to go if he needs it.
Thanks!
I Rescued Queenie Bee’s Full Brother!

It really is a small world. I rescued A.P. Slew, Queenie Bee’s full brother, earlier this year. He was headed to slaughter… He’s at Old Friends now.
I also knew Apolda when she was racing. I worked on her for Bill Mott.
These horses were seized…
Every horse at [edit] Farm has been seized be the Steuben County SPCA in the past two days. They were all emaciated. They’ve all gone to foster homes. It was a bad scene. There was a story on the local news up there tonight and someone sent it to me. The farm was not named but a friend was helping and has filled me in.
OOOOO I groomed Wisdom Seeker for Mrs Alexander… I hope he wasnt one of the seized. Any way to find out? I am sure if he was in need Mrs Alexander (of Eutrophia farms, in the suburbs of Cleveland, they have racehorses and ponies - aka Mr & Mrs Rubbermaid) would immediately do what it takes to get him into a good situation.

When the horses are ID’d I’ll let you know if he was among them.
Can someone find out about the stallions? This farm took in one that I had been posting to place and I’ll feel terrible if he died. And because I have CRS my mind is blanking on his name!!

Do you have a link? I can’t find anything on it.
Never mind I found this:
http://www.wetmtv.com/news/local/story.aspx?content_id=ace4a889-2d13-4571-b44a-9dcb2009d969
And [the farm’s] web page is down.
I forgot to add my new guy!
His JC name is Amber Daddy http://www.pedigreequery.com/amber+daddy
I got him from Penn National but I know he raced in MD a lot too. He was sort of left at the guy’s barn at Penn because his owner before owed some money or something sad.
ANYWAY! He lives in my backyard with my other Penn baby Check by Check ,Amber Daddy who I call “Shorty” because he was advertised as “at least 16 hands” is almost 15.2 did his first horse trial in July and got 2nd place!!!
