I know I’m on a USEF Committee and I’m there to represent the the “grass roots” to protect the level playing field for everyone and not just those who are politically correct. My opinions are my opinions wherever I am. I’m not going to change my color.

Varsity my IQ Test was rendered in the Psych department of NYU where I was a Psych major. It is quite legitimate and one of the things that we with above average intelligence people learn very young is not to brag. You never know whose score is higher and it can be very humiliating. Several confirmations from grade school and High School “Dearie”. You brought up the subject of IQ ratings not me; I count them as unimportant because it depends on how well you use your intelligence and not what it registers on a scale.
Then consider all the years I’ve had to utilize the IQ and accumulate knowledge. Your handicap is your youth, inexperience and a lower score score. TA! TA!
I have not been name calling or rude. I have bent over backwards to be patient and understanding with your lack of experience and enthusiasm.
as far as i am concerned he does not give clinics. the lessons are not in anyway money related to the usef. he is allowed to conduct business in private, just not anything dealing with the usef. lessons on his property are not able to be controlled by the usef.
Therein is your own answer to your question “as far as I am concerned”. Your opinion is not very important in the big scheme of what is important afterall.

No one can explain logic to an illogical person. It is an abstraction that requires some sophistication to comprehend and I am certain at some point in your life you will understand. I can remember things my teachers said that I didn’t understand until many years later as I gained in my real knowledge. IQ represents a potential and not a defined product of intelligence.
Please remember there were many people involved from across the country. It is something that went on for years! Please read the reference posts and court documents. This is an industry issue that has taken years to investigate, prove with evidence, then get convictions. BW made death threats to people 
PV used BW to get contacts. MW just made a public statement saying his dad has forgiven PV. I would ask PV if he has ever worried about BW? The Sandman links back to Si. Si killed VirginiaBreds horse, (along with a whole host of crimes against people and animals). Cheska grew up with Si. Cheska burnt down a lake house for insurance money. PV, BW, Tommy, Cheska and Si shared the same secret. It really does go on and on. The only defense for these people can use is ignorance. Shutting the thread down and discrediting the petition is an attempt to keep people in the dark.

So does the fact that Nancy Banfield got reinstated make it harder to deny PV or any others? Like once you let one back in, how can you not for the others? Or do you think each and every application for reinstatement will be heard on a case by case and not follow precedents?

If some one entered in a Horse Show knows for a fact as an eye witness that a violation of the Rules has been committed they are required to notify the Steward who is required to list such infraction on their Report to the Federation.
After that we are in limbo. No one has filed a charge and put up the required fees to do so. No they are not required by the Rules to tell us there is or is not and investigation; therefore no report. What is published is the results after a Hearing has ruled it was a violation. They are not required to tell us if the erson was exonerated.
Going back the bracelet idea (I know, several pages back), I have (or rather, will have at the end of the month) some bracelets in red that read NO REINSTATEMENT. If you would like one, please PM me. I’ll send out the ones I have.

This issue as always, will bring out both the best and worst in people. You can make a valid point with what Serah and C.Boylen are saying, yet you can look at competitive figure skating, which has only grown since the Nancy Kerrigan/Tanya Harding incident. There is no right or wrong in bringing the issue public at this time.
