I think Fairview that we could both be right. A troll is a psychotic personality looking to gain attention that would be part of someone who identifies with the people who do bad things and attacks those who try to do good things. It is a negativism usually the result of someone who is always bossed around and feels as if they no other freedom.
It can also be an intrinsic arrogance like that of a spoiled child who doesn’t believe the rules apply to them.
I would imagine that you’re still a DVM even if your license is revoked. They can’t revoke your degree.
You just can’t practice veterinary medicine without a license… and chiropractic is not (in most states) considered veterinary medicine.
But I’m just guessing here. Maybe a vet can clarify.

I believe PV was/is a knowledgeable horseman. I used to watch him work with Jamie Mann and Touch the Sun some years ago and thinking this guy has what it takes.
Whatever motivates people to make choices in their lives can be specualted upon till the end of time. I can forgive people for many things, but not a blatant disregard for the lives of human beings and animals.
I truly believe PV is sorry for his past actions, and with this being said, I can almost
forgive his poor judgement… but not quite.

From the way I read 704, a rider who was paid to ride the horse (i.e., a “pro”) who either paid the suspended person, or was paid by the suspended person, to do that, would be in violation.
Nothin in the wording of 704 makes it look as if the (current or former) customers of the suspended person are in violation.

Horse C WAS trained (or ridden, exhibited, coached) by (suspended) Person A, but Horse C is not itseldf suspended.
The rule provides guidance on how Person B can take over the Training ( or riding, exhibiting, coaching) of horse C, without being charged with “riding, exhibiting, coaching or training for the benefit, credit, reputation or satisfaction of a suspended person.”
Who owns horse C? or does it matter? if I own Horse C… and I decided that I want to take LESSONS with Person A… and then I show Horse C… what is this considered?

Fair enough…The embezzler in question was not charged as the company in question did not want to suffer the negative publicity in a small, seasonal town.

Actually, a lot of this thread was politicized by Bush haters…did you complain when it was people with your feelings being expressed? Probably not, I didn’t see a whole lot of commnetary except for “I cancel out my husband’s vote”.
The inference of the “Clinton Kool-Aid drinkers” was in reference to people being very understanding, making excuses and being forgiving when it’s someone who they like or are perceived as sharing their same values.
Where’s the applause meter? We need it now…

I think you’re right! So far the only consistent strategy is if we don’t pay attention maybe it will all go away. I have heard that some sponsors are threatening with withold cash because the date rotation train wreck. That got their attention.
I think that’s why John Long who hired an assistant to answer his email never answers anyone about anything no matter how serious.
As to your other question Saddlepads would have to be embroidered and they would be I think too expensive but it’s very cheap to make patches which can be sewed on almost everything really inexpensively.
We could make them in three sizes depending on where they want to use them. There are the stickers which are available already and can stick on anything especially good for show numbers. The buttons have pin backs so they can go anywhere.
Feel free to send that petition my way! Only too happy to help keep him in the parking lot where he belongs. No one can prevent others for continuing to do business with him, but I don’t want him on the same showgrounds with my child.

I’m absolutely AGAINST any form of reinstatement for the pure and simple reason that an atrocity of this magnitude does not deserve forgiveness OR a second chance.
I have seen the destruction first hand, and it’s ugly.
Obviously the rules exist because PV was suspended. The issue of reinstatement comes under Article 706 Sections A and M particularly. It is there already.
The issue is not rules it is selective enforcement of rules that exist.
