BUT!!! Disturbing news has been circulating re: the Venue! The Jamaican contigent is supposedly REFUSING to participate in your Show/Clinic…something about the Venue being substandard and that CAB is BANNED! Cheese is at this point available (they still haven’t eaten all of it)

Because my barnmates and I with Jamaican Horses WILL NOT be able to join you guys (My New Best Friends) if this is true and the Jamaican contigent decides to NOT participate!

Finders- Glad to hear everything is going fine with my daughter. Absolutey use the black mail card! I would say I miss the baby but I don’t really like kids that much anyway and besides, she is riding in Argentina with a BNT, that is so great for her riding career! I did have a letter from her about missing home and the penguins. I told her if she was really good I’d meet her in NZ for the rodeo.
I like the floating idea, Antarctica isn’t too far from NZ anyway.

Great news on the foal (Snap Go Goldfishes)! You will be thrilled because my groom just called and said she did just pop the foal out! No news on the Snor-Kal foal, he seems to be just fine though there is a strange protrusion on the mares side (we are thinking colt for sure!). I am sorry to say it is a normal filly except it has stripes like a zebra in grey and chestnut. I told the groom to break it immediately for you! You will have to ask mcm how much it is as she is the owner of the sire so she has complete control over the financials.
Have no fear it will be ready for your barrel racing in no time!

OVERPASS JUMPING! Hot damn!!! I can grab the bungee cord as we fly over and boink to the ground should I lose my balance over the overpass!!! Helmet hell!..do I NEED to wear a helmet? Is that a rule? Can anyone tell me about beet pulp? Is that a vegetable? Do you take canned beets and mash them up? Wouldn’t that stain your horse’s teeth? Would smegma toothpaste clean the purple stain off? Just asking cause I don’t know.

I hate to break it to you Snap, but as of now, fillygeldings only happen by accident. i have had success in breeding a few…the trick is to keep all your 1-3 year olds turned out together, and when a brother and sister or mother and son or father and daughter find their way to each other, the result is a fillygelding. I just keep all my horses out together all the time, and I’ve had 4 fillygeldings this year. Your fillygelding is already in foal, which makes your job even easier. She is one of the first fillygeldings to be in foal, so we will have to see what happens. Please send us baby pictures when she gets around to having the damn thing

I heard a rumor that BOSS mixed with paprika and garlic induces labor. Maybe give that a go. I hope you have a penguin midwife ready for her…the birth is sure to be interesting!

OOOO and I got a new group of rescues in yesterday. They are in pretty good shape already…anyone up for a resque this weekend? we can have a bonfire after the rodeo!
