Well, I hope for her that she has a great WIHS and Maclay!
This makes me miss my H/J days. I’m just getting started but Kat Fuqua had a lovely round.
Kat Fuqua is another one who’s got a few years yet, right? She’s another one I look forward to seeing with a little more experience. She makes it happen, and one day we will see her make it happen invisibly.
Imaginator remains one of my favorites.
I was wondering about that, and she’s still only 15, so a few more years to really get going!
Kat’s just 15! Such an accomplished rider at a young age. We’ll definitely be seeing more of her.
She did such a lovely job extending and collecting to make those strides smooth. I ride dressage now but watching that round really makes me wish I had some dressage training back in my equitation days.
Kenna had a lovely trip! She rode on my local circuit until she started doing the big eq, so nice to see her do so well!
Kenna Labeau isn’t a name I recognize but that was a lovely round!
Tough break with the cross canter early on for Alida Treuting. She carried a really nice forward pace and seemed to find the rest of the jumps and the turns well.
I’m really surprised to see Zayna Rizvi so high in the call back order

I think she had to be. Everybody had a something. Her swap came in the context of producing better straightness to that fence than almost anyone else and a lot of the rest of her trip was head and shoulders above the others. Even with 4 points for the rail, she belonged up there.
Me too. The COTH Commentary had her with a swap and the rail.
For those who are planning their viewing schedules, it took them two hours and 15 minutes to get through the first block of 60. Plus probably 15 minutes for a drag break. So 2 1/2 hours for each group of 60, give or take.
Going to be a LONG day. I feel sorry for the judges, I think my eyes would be bleeding at the end.
I’m watching 8 week post-partum and have been weepy for some kids, thinking, ‘UGH! They worked so hard all year for that to happen!’
Well, that’s not what I expected for Eve Westfall today. Bummer!
So unfortunate. The first part of that course was coming together beautifully.
She stayed on and finished out nicely too. Good for her.
I am so far behind but Agnes Hahn had a beautiful round.
