Bonnie is a pretty girl. How old is she? I also have a little Queen of Tude. 
I hope the news is OK at the re-check. When I took my cats for their last annual visits, I found out that one of them is in mild renal failure and another one (my oldest one) is in moderate renal failure.
My cats would like the Cat Cave but it probably wouldn’t be long until one of them barfed in there.

My Cheeto was a shelter cat & here that usually means a tipped ear.
My other cat - Bounce - came from the same shelter & he’s tipped.
But Cheeto’s ears are as he was born.
However…
He has a shortened tail, no pointy end or endbone.
Instead he has a rounded tip that has a kind of “empty” section < no bone, then a “knob” - also boneless & apparently no nerve ending as I can pinch it really hard & no reaction.
Made me wonder if they tipped his tail instead

Bonnie is 14! Hard to believe. It seems like it hasn’t been that long.
And yes, mine would either barf IN it or ON it or someone (named Duncan) would pee on it.
BUT I still want one!

Your Duncan sounds like my cat. They also like to lay on top of beds similar to the kitty cave, crushing them flat. I tell them that is not the idea.

Pearl - she always looks this way. She’s my spooky kitty. I wish I could have gotten a pic of her with her tail included because she has the longest tail. She can nearly wrap it all the way around her.

He has the family eyes - they can change from green to gold. He sees EVERYthing and takes it all in and then thinks about it.

Pepper and her kittens are doing great. Pepper scarfs down as much food as I’ll give her and she’s filling out well! And most of the kittens are getting pretty fat, too.

I really do think I have cat sickness.

If you have a dog in the house I suggest putting it up on a table. We had an incident the first day when the dog stuck her head in the hole while it was occupied…
