When I say they are bff’s, I mean it…
We had joint custody of the neighbor cat also!
Just adding some cat pics.
I may or may not have thrown my cat a small 13th birthday party.
And decided that she needed “environmental enrichment”, and clicker trained her. She can now touch the target, follow the target, sit, or give high fives for treats.
Happy Birthday you smart little kitty!
Oh, the hideous expression under the hat. Typical tortie. LOL
Happy Birthday Smarty Cat!
The tortitude is a bit of an addiction at this point! I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to live without it again
My cats new toy. I saw this the other day at Ross and had to have it. Baler was first and only customer. Everyone else is looking askance at it.
He’s so cute!! Mine have gotten much less adventurous with age. It takes them quite some time to use anything new.
Hussy!
She sure turned out pretty. Those ears - wow!
If you were responding to me - yes, she is pretty!
But for some reason, she started chasing and attacking Tiny this past week. He’s very upset - he loves hanging out with me and Maximus and Ham - but he’s terrified of her suddenly. I don’t know what caused it or how to make her stop.
oh, yikes that’s a hard one. I have tried throwing a toy - that usually distracts Baler (simple pleasures for simple minds yanno) but when the older cats (Jack and Duncan) go after the sickies - I just wind up throwing whatever I have in my hand down the hall at them to distract them. Thank goodness so far no glasses or plates of food - though that would be the ultimate distraction. They would be too busy nomming my food. I wish I could place a force field around them sometimes.
Maybe if I ever saw her doing it, I could stop it - but I haven’t been able to catch her yet. I just hear the mad scramble!
Yeah. sometimes I can hear them elsewhere in the house - all the shrieking and crashing around. Morons. ANd I’ll bet she comes out from wherever with a little halo shining right above her head. She looks like that type. lol
I have one like that. He really likes to wrestle and fight, so he picks on his gentle mentor, Dickens. Poor Dickens! He is just sleeping, playing with the cactus, or cuddling with me, and Bug will spring on him from nowhere. I keep a squirt bottle in the living room but I don’t carry it around the house.
Oh, yes, of course. She has absolutely no idea, none, why Tiny made a mad scramble for the cupboard above the washing machine! He’s just so funny, Mum . . .
The more I’m around her, the more I’m convinced she really is Zuul.
Roughy thinks it’s great fun to bother the other cats when they’re using the litter box.
