Well that didn’t help. Removed the signature line and still getting unapproved posts.

Still unapproved. This has move beyond frustrating. I would make a totally new profile but if it is something about my IP address or what ever, that won’t fix it.
I’m not super smart about these things, but I think your IP address is significantly different on a mobile device vs your home internet, as long as your phone isn’t connected to your Wi-Fi. So that seems like an easy thing to test…Do posts go through from one and not the other?
If you find they do, you can release your current IP address and get a new one. Google for for details. If there’s something about the block of IP addresses your ISP owns, a new one in the same block won’t help, but if it’s the specific one you’re on, it should.
Problem exists no matter what device I use, whether on home WiFi or on my phone not using home WiFi.
Doesn’t make any difference as to what device I’m on, whether using home WiFi or my phone using air time.
I have the problem with all devices regardless
I am certainly no network maven but the IP on your home internet is not visible past your ISP.
Trying to tweak your desktop/LAN device isn’t going to go, IIRC, any further than your router. Your router will have an IP visible to your ISP.
Networking IPs are, for me, a bit of magic 
But, your desktop’s IP has nothing to do with the outside world direction.
Good suggestion if you can confirm that the issue with mobile and desktop… wi-fi, LAN, basically what works and what doesn’t and test the exact same post on devices with multiple connections. Your mobile device may also be using your same router if your router offers up wi-fi and LAN (direct connection). Many mobile devices are set up to use wi-fi over cellular connection if wi-fi is available.

No, it doesn’t matter what device I am on or whether I’m using WiFi or just my cell phone on air minutes, still unapproved.
The only thing I can do that I haven’t is change my log in ID, which I don’t think it allows you; however, I can’t see how js is making me be blocked.
It’s clearly not an issue with your IP address then. Cross that one off the list!
I’ve given up on it. If I can post and it’s approved great, if not, I still post even if they disappear into cyber space.

Maybe just for giggles try making a new user (I know, yes yuck and yes PITA) and see if the behavior persists with the new user?
I didn’t see in on this page - have you cleared all your cookies? (yes YUCK, yes PITA for sure).
Cookies are cleaned ever time I close the internet and then I sweep everything with my anti virus program. I also use a VPN network, maybe that is an issue? I don’t know. I’ve really tried everything other than creating a new log on ID.
