My fair weather car is a 2000 Corvette. To date, there have been six generations of the car, and in the Corvette community each generation is labeled 1-6, with a “C” preceding the generation denomination.
I have a 5th generation vette = C5
My first name is Rose.
Thus the BB name C5Rose.
I thought it was obvious.

Ok, the truth: I use my real first name on other BBs. But when I registered here, it was already taken. Adding a “1” seemed pretentious and proclaiming myself “#2” isn’t my style. It was my sister’s birthday, so I used her initials, which is what I usually call her since she has one of those quaint Irish Catholic double names.
My horse’s name is Invested Interest. And since I am his mom and the bill payer, that makes me the Invested1 (both emotionally and financially).

I had just seen a video of myself riding and decided to tell the truth.
I used to use “pooka” as a screen name, lost in in Yahoo and Geocities merge because of some stupid rule… so I found spookhorse. And at this point it really fits because I have a little black mare who may or may not actually be a pooka. :lol:
My little brother had just requested a “smigget” of pie, instead of a smidgen. I’m thinking of changing it…
Twilight is one of my horses. I’d already used Perturbed, and I can’t stand Penguin’s name so the obvious choice was Twilight!! I like it - it sounds mysterious.
OK - I will have to search the posts here - but if lvingrot(??) has posted - my mind “sees” your name as “Loving Rot.” Don’t ask me why!!

Newt has been my nickname since I was a toddler (don’t ask) and Trak is because I have three Trakenners… one year old, three year old and a nine year old.
I lived in South America and was always referred to as La Gringa down there. Blonde American = Gringa.
Just what my name says. 
Some day I will own a horse. I’ve never owned a horse before.
I’m hopeful that SOMEDAY I’ll actually look (and ride) like a “real” hunter-princess type rider…for now it’s mostly more hope than hunter, I’m afraid…

I haven’t been able to log onto COTH under my real screen name. I was frustrated one day at work when I had failed to get a new password yet again, so I decided to create an alter. (I know, we’re not supposed to, but I was frustrated - insert angry icon rather than text saying angry icon was inserted! - ).
I have the poem Desiderata posted above my desk – to read on particularly bad days. It seemed ironic, yet appropriate…

I was going to choose one of my boy’s show names but then I couldn’t decide on which one for I love them all. (and I didn’t think it was really fair to only use one.:lol: ) So I decided to use the name of our hobby farm.
