2. There is no such thing as perfection. If people had to be perfect in order to make judgements, there would be no judges and no juries. People can comment on whatever they wish to.

1.) I meant that figuratively. Obviously the DA had to confirm the gun belonged to who we already knew it did.
2.) THAT is asinine. Judges are trained to make impartial and fair decisions. Perfection not necessary. However, if the peanut gallery wants to make judgments- I don’t think it’s unfair to ask they not be hypocrites.
3.) I have 5 attorneys. Plus the DA. Nothing I’ve written or ever will write is a secret. My attorneys are the ONLY people I pay attention to. But, thanks for the advice.

Assuming that was true, is that why you refused to leave? You felt you owned his property? Were you jealous of something? Were you not advancing to FEI fast enough? If he owed you money, there were other paths you could have taken. There appears to be a pattern of you getting along with people for a period and then it all goes to hell. Is that everyone else’s fault? I am NOT being judgmental, simply trying to understand your reluctance in explaining any of the more negative aspects of this horror story. It seems everything is someone else’s fault. BTW, that is not condoning you being shot by anyone.

None of the above. Just taking the emotion and sympathy and fan crazed horsepeople out of the equation and look at it

He shot her 3 times. Shot at bf once. It doesn’t matter if she was the most antagonizing person in the world, unless she
endangered his safety at the moment and he was defending himself, no other explanation is necessary. IMO.

See my example of road rage shooters. None of the excuses work. There are clear laws about using guns to shoot others. Remove all the extraneous stuff and it’s a simple case.
