Yes, she was sleeping there all the time. Only when she visited which was about once a month for a week or week n a half.
We were never in the barn past 9:15 pm Bc mb asked us to come at that time- but he wasn’t allowed to limit the hours. We just didn’t want trouble. The only reason we were there at that time is bc, our mare (the 21 yr old - not the 5 yr old) has chronic cellulitis.So we have to standing wrap her night and morning.
Far as RC… it was all very strange. The whole half ownership thing. Very strange.

I don’t think people are trying to discourage her participation as much as suggesting her participation, at her own volition let’s be clear, is a poor plan considering the legal aspects of the situation. It’s not a “sit there and take it” command as much as it’s a suggestion to “let people speculate all they want, while you do you”
No one can force her to not post, as no one forced her to get on the forums, and then log in to post comments to begin with.
Choice. We all have it.

I understand. I do. Just try and see from this my perspective. It looks extremely perjaritive and attacking. In a year from now, I’ll have to deal with this. Everyone is gonna hear MB’s attorney make the case that we were harassing them and threatening them. Then, there’s the truth. I maybe little kooky & heavy on the sarcasm, but I promise you- seeing a gun come out of someone’s waistband aiming at you- then SHOOTING - is the scariest thing I hope you NEVER ever have to experience.
(Especially after being told “I just want to talk so we can work this out.”) SUPRISE!!! 😰

Allow her to heal? No one here is stopping her from healing. Last I heard it’s a free country and we can talk if we want. If LK wanted privacy she shouldn’t have plastered the situation all over. Don’t fool yourself, she’s here for the attention.
No lawyer would agree her being here is a good idea and it was in that context that I strongly urged she stay away from posting. She’s not doing herself any favors. And all the comments and criticisms come from things that don’t make sense, including her. Her story is full of contradictions and everyone’s picked up on it.
So don’t go off like we’re the bad guys. We didn’t screw her, shoot her or condemn her and her reputation, arrests and input from those who allege to have previous negative contact with her just exasperates things.
I urged her to stay away. The thread was slowing. It picked up again because she came. Truly what I said is correct: she shouldn’t say anything else. We have her version now, that’s it. The more she writes, the more inconsistencies are found.

Again I will ask, what role did you play in this intense situation? None of us believe you and RG didn’t do something, many things, to provoke the situation. Based on your past history of drama and attacks (as others have posted) you are not innocent. Again, no one is condoning violence, but appearances suggest MB had become temporarily insane at the time.

The tax bill does not prove ownership or what, if any, percentage that MB owns. It only shows the name of the LLC and
that the tax bill is sent to MB.
Now if you check actual ownership records, again it shows the LLC, which MB is a member of, but it does not show his
ownership percentage or if he is sole owner, just that there is an LLC owner of record. You’d have to see actual LLC
paperwork and that isn’t public information in N.J.

It’s public in NY… or sorta’.
One can look up an LLC on a NY.gov website, but you’ll learn just about nil from that.
Things get muddled and obfuscated for a reason. It’s maddening.
So MB does, we can presume, hold some level of ownership of the property, while also running a business there, and residing there.
Bottom line, he has more right to be there than other parties doing none of those (ownership, proprietor, etc).

Agreed, but an LLC can be a single individual or a group of individuals. Definitely MB is involved in some way with the ownership of the property.

That’s exactly what they’re saying. I understand this already a criminal investigation. I don’t feel I’m writing anything combative or distasteful. I have broken ribs, bullet wounds, literally- NO VOICE (yet- hopefully) I can talk in raspy whisper… that’s it. I’m not asking for sympathy. Just fairness in the speculation. I come here & try to straighten some things out & immediately- I’m either the villain at worst or suspicious at best- That’s been the theme. At least the later posts.

It may be technically accurate that like many businesses, the property is held as an LLC. That doesn’t somehow make it more legal for LK to refuse to leave.

Most dressage riders around here my area don’t own trailers but we have professional haulers. Assume your area does as well. Or the oft mentioned friends that offered you help.

I understood the cameras were for overseeing the horses we have them in my barn actually all around the outside the arena and in the six stall barn. To monitor for safety reasons. The BO and barn mgr/coach are the only ones with password to view.
