Wow. Lovely.

So, for those not able to keep up, no one, and certainly not I, have suggested getting shot was all LKs fault.
But she does have some fault in the troubles that spiraled towards that event.

like the fact that in the altercation, there’s plenty of grey (that means possibilities) between MB attacking or retreating. Post #4491 is possible. Just about anything is. But you still don’t get that, do you? Sad.

If you and others on this thread were not so quick to attack others for their feelings that do not align with yours, maybe a discusion could be had, but calling people trolls and liars among other things just really does not make for a good start to a discussion!

Where have I attacked anyone? Or even been “quick” to do so? Is there a prescribed time limit one must hold to before one replies to specific posts - as chosen and selected by… who exactly?
Or is simply offering a different thought that is not all 100% OMG LK THIS!!! and OMG LK THAT!!! now constitute an “attack” of some kind? It isn’t.

I have no “feelings” (huh?) in this thread. You and a select few are very quick to get - to quote you - your panties in a twist if anyone even suggests any thoughts that do not align with yours and what you want the storyline to be… and points out some… discrepancies/inconsistencies or whatever you want to call them.

I have called no one a troll. I have called no one a liar. Facts matter. Or at least, they should… but apparently not.

Welp. No point in continuing the conversation here. Nancy Grace has solved the case. Barisone’s defense is that “he shot her because she was a squatter” and it will be an open-and-shut conviction. Guess we can stop squabbling now. (/s)

Nancy Grace’s opinion means nothing obviously. I found more interesting what the police said at the scene, disproving some of the thing people are saying here, such as MB injuries being very serious, the boyfriend not being injured, where the altercation took place(not in the street where they ran out to stop his truck when he was going out to see his lawyer). It is very also clear about LK injuries. There is another 911 call from someone who states he heard shots, went over and saw a woman on the ground with blood on her chest. He spoke to 911 for a while, he then said the police are there and was told to leave the area.

So the officer, while making a very quick assessment and dealing with a gsw, was able to diagnose a broken arm and the lack of a broken arm? How do you know where exactly the altercation took place? Have you been to the farm? Do you know the proximity of the driveway to the yard and the porch? And obviously people would only stand in one spot while arguing, no one would ever dare move! I never said they ran out into the street, I suggested they may have run into the driveway.
Did you watch the video of the bail hearing? MB’s arm is in a sling and his face was very swollen, but since you don’t know him, I guess you would not recognize a swollen face.
MB was in the hospital for over 48 hours due to his injuries. RG was not in the hospital at all.
What does the other caller have to do with anything? Yes, he saw a woman on the ground, not the porch.
The first officer on the scene was very obviously shaken by the situation, as the township is very small and not really used to dealing with situations like this.

Well, thank goodness, I’m caught up again. That was a lot of wrangling to get through!

1. I though the article in the NYT was awful. I expected better from Nir - She did a great job on the GWM article.
2. We call 'em sacrifice paddocks here in NVA also, kind of interchangeably with dry lot.
3. If I had the 2.5M, I’d go for that place, no matter what shape the house was in, permanent bloodstains or no.
   I believe that about sums up my responses to the posts from the last 2+ weeks.

I assume your comment is sarcastic and rhetorical but, LK was in the hospital for a little over 2 weeks. Which honestly does not seem very long for someone with life threating injuries and damaged lungs.

I think TTGT point is that he was seriously injured. RG wasn’t, even thought they claimed he was. Another exaggeration or outright lie by the witnesses who shared most of the “facts” about the altercation.

That is awful! Clearly it is in character for her to call CPS out of spite. No wonder she sees boogeymen in black SUVs at night.

I would trust more what the policemen that were on the scene said than anyone posting here. So much here is just made up stuff or things people are repeating as fact because they heard it from someone else. As far as MB, well he was in a fight with the boyfriend trying to stop him from killing the both of them. He looked pretty good considering. I thought the boyfriend was very restrained to just hold him down(with the gun underneath MB) until the police arrived.

But the second I walked outside and got close enough to hear him speak, he whipped out the gun and shot me twice. I ran. He shot again at the porch to try and silence rob, but missed Robs head. So rob tackled him to the ground to try to disarm him.
I don’t consider ANYONE from that barn to be a reliable source. I consider our recordings, texts & video to be reliable sources. So do the police. 🤷🏼”â™€ï¸ Go figure.

Also… you should know better than anyone just how unreliable MB & JH & their barn rats are. All the stories told about you were, I’m sure, either extremely fabricated or downright lies. But as you Definitely know, things are NEVER what they seem at that barn. It’s just lies on top of lies on top of lies on top of lies. Anytime you wanna hear the 18 months worth of nighttime JH & MB crap stories they tried to say you did/tried to do - I’d be more than happy to share. With ONLY you. Of course there are going to be people close to the sources with better information - I appreciate that they share any of this at all. Imho, these posts have less speculation and more information and I’m fine with them knowing details I don’t - I don’t need to know how they know or who they are - I don’t understand the several posts demanding that they reveal their identity. It is FACT that MB had a severely broken arm, whether the responding officer knew it at the time or not! How it was broken was not part of my comments as I was not a witness to the shooting.
You really should contact the police and let them know that you saw what happened. I am sure they would love to talk to you!!
