I tried but got a message that my post was not approved. I will try again

They have not had the arraignment yet. Nothing will happen until after that.
It should be soon as NJ has 90 days after charges are announced to have the arraignment.

I copied the https line - not sure how else to do it - post is from August 8th - maybe you can get it by scrolling down

I’ve got nothing to add to the original post, but it seems that many of you don’t either.

Just wanted to throw my two bits in on the sacrifice paddock. In my world that is an area used when you want to keep the pastures from being destroyed. Muddy ground can ruin good grazing land. These are usually only needed during winter.
A dry lot doesn’t have to be dry 🙂, it refers to a paddock, pasture, etc that does not have grass (or anything edible). People with horses/ponies with metabolic problems or a tendency to get chubby keep them in dry lots year round.

I only know what the police said happen, they were there, they have the most information and evidence, not me, not you. Should I contact them to tell them what they said? I guess maybe the boyfriend got on top of MB (with the gun under him) because they were just goofing around. Maybe you should share the hospital records to the police since you seem to know more what is in them than they or the people investigating do. The other person that called 911 could be a valuable witness, looks like he was there before the police.

Considering that hospital records are not public info I don’t think they will be shared, but I am sure that MB will be very glad to hear that his arm was not broken because the police said so. I guess the 48 hours in the hospital were just because the jail was full or something, because people that are being arrested are always taken to the hospital and left there when nothing was wrong with them. And the sling in the bail hearing must be a new fashion statement, I hear all the prisioners are wearing them!
Don’t you worry your little head about the first person that called 911. I am pretty sure the hours that he spent with the police took care of all of their questions they had for him.

Nancy Grace is all about Nancy Grace. Period. I cannot tolerate her brand of shrill self-promotion. I don’t know how she didn’t manage to get on the last nerves of judge and jury regularly.

The police said MB had a cut on his head and the boyfriend had a possible broken arm. They didn’t say MB didn’t have any other injuries or for sure the boyfriends arm was broken. Hospital records will show exactly what injuries each had, it will show there was an altercation, both men were hurt, stated by police not seriously. If MB’s had additional injuries that the police on the scene did not notice so be it. I am not sure what your point is, only thing I did was to repeat what the police said. Your hostility is strange, I am not worrying my “little head ” about anything. Just said there appears to be was someone nearby that could offer additional information. Gee Whiz, this conversation is ridiculous.

Seriously La-LaPopRider, aka LK!!!

Hey @ladyj79, @Denali6298 and @smoofox, this is actually a post from LK posted on FB Friday and by Roni4444 here tonight. Do you see any discrepancies in what she says happened? No threat with a loaded gun? (Does she mean from her or from MB?) Then RG wasn’t going outside but she was, then he was outside but decided to go inside and MB shot her then she ran (where to?) then Rob is back outside. When did she make the 911 call? When did she attack MB with her phone? And now she introduces video to her sources. This is from the horse’s mouth and it is all confusing, particularly since it is different from her various other stories. But the police have the story. Yes, I bet they sure do. If this case is so cut and dried, why is the DA taking the full 90 days for arraignment? Keep in mind, MB’s defense attorney can do very little actual work until he knows the charges and is simply gathering information awaiting the final charges.

Now, you three can bash me for being against LK and being unfair, but this, in my opinion, is typical of her behavior of constantly changing her reality to suit her audience. Perhaps you should friend her on FB, if you haven’t already, to get the latest news immediately from one of her personalities.

[QUOTE=Roni4444;n10500910]
LK posted the following comment a day ago on a 10 week old FB discussion about the shooting:

"Lauren Kanarek Rebecca Cowden there wasn’t a threat with a loaded gun. He tried to get us both outside at the same time, pretending he wanted to apologize and fix everything. Rob told him to tell it to our lawyers & went to go inside. I wasn’t as smart. I wanted to hear this apology. I sure as shit deserved one. But the second I walked outside and got close enough to hear him speak, he whipped out the gun and shot me twice. I ran. He shot again at the porch to try and silence rob, but missed Robs head. So rob tackled him to the ground to try to disarm him.
I don’t consider ANYONE from that barn to be a reliable source. I consider our recordings, texts & video to be reliable sources. So do the police. 🤷🏼*♀️ Go figure.

Oh, so now she was lured outside to be shot? She’s also posted that she was innocently reading outside on the porch when he pulled up to shoot her. Nothing that LK or her BF says can be taken with any level of truth, she makes it all up as she goes along - deciding what will be better received and get more attention, and then amends it if it doesn’t go her way. There are very few actual facts available on this case at all, certainly none of them come from those two.

Then don’t read her posts or respond to her? What you’re doing now just makes you look weirdly obsessed.

I’m sorry you don’t like what I post. Feel free not to read what I write.
Responding to posts, on a forum, isn’t “obsessed”, weirdly or otherwise. It’s kind of what a forum is about.

If you read Denali#s posts, especially the ones I respond to with a lol, and the ones just preceding those, you’ll see where she contradicts herself. In one, police should have seized the attacking/biting dog because that’s what they’re supposed to do… then a few posts later, police have discretion to not ticket/seize, as a few of us explained to her over and over… for example. Those lol faces will take you to those posts where she suddenly says the opposite of her previous claims. They’re breadcrumbs, if you choose to follow them.

“He tried to get us both outside at the same time, pretending he wanted to apologize and fix everything.”

She may have already been outside on the porch. MB wanted to get her BF out too(therefore both). boyfriend then went back in after telling MB to speak to lawyer, came back out when heard shots. No inconsistency.

She did manage exactly that and I’m a little surprised she wasn’t disbarred.

“Consider the career of Nancy Grace. Before becoming a CNN and Court TV anchor, she was a notorious prosecutor in Alabama. In a blistering 2005 federal appeals opinion, Judge William H. Pryor Jr., a conservative former Alabama attorney general, found that Grace had “played fast and loose” with core ethical rules in a 1990 triple-murder case. Like Nifong, Grace was accused of not disclosing critical evidence (the existence of other suspects) as well as knowingly permitting a detective to testify falsely under oath. The Georgia Supreme Court also reprimanded her for withholding evidence and for making improper statements in a 1997 arson and murder case. The court overturned the conviction in that case and found that Grace’s behavior “demonstrated her disregard of the notions of due process and fairness and was inexcusable.” She faced similar claims in other cases.”

Wow. There is so much more and this is from 2011. I shudder to think how many lies she has told and how many defendants she has slandered since then.

Sometimes it’s best to not comment. It can make one look really foolish. First she could hear him saying he wanted to apologize but then said she couldn’t hear him. This is ridiculous. Imagine this on the witness stand!

The post is probably set to only friend’s, which is why some people can’t see it.

Obviously some people are just not paying attention to what LK has been saying, even though they would like to act like they have been.
LK’s inconsistencies are with every single different version she has told.

  1. She was asleep on the porch and MB walked up and shot her. RG looked out the window and got shot at.
  2. He was hiding in the bushes and ambushed her.
  3. She was reading and he walked up and shot her.
  4. RG and MB were arguing, RG walked away and MB shot her.
  5. She was shot execution style.
  6. LK and RG were both outside arguing with MB, RG walked away, she got shot.
  7. MB snuck down to the house and shot her.
    8.She was shot 2 times.
  8. She was shot 3 times.
  9. She was shot 4 times.
  10. Now this latest version.

These are all from different posts and comments that LK has made.
How anyone could read these versions and not see the inconsistencies is beyond me!
