Obviously some people are just not paying attention to what LK has been saying, even though they would like to act like they have been.
LK’s inconsistencies are with every single different version she has told.

1. She was asleep on the porch and MB walked up and shot her. RG looked out the window and got shot at.
2. He was hiding in the bushes and ambushed her.
3. She was reading and he walked up and shot her.
4. RG and MB were arguing, RG walked away and MB shot her.
5. She was shot execution style.
6. LK and RG were both outside arguing with MB, RG walked away, she got shot.
7. MB snuck down to the house and shot her.
   8.She was shot 2 times.
8. She was shot 3 times.
9. She was shot 4 times.
10. Now this latest version.

These are all from different posts and comments that LK has made.
How anyone could read these versions and not see the inconsistencies is beyond me!

This ^^ is what will be REASONABLE DOUBT if she is this erratic on the witness stand!

I think regardless of her getting on witness stand, the reasonable doubt based on her very public, conflicting statements is pretty likely.
IT DOESN’T CHANGE THAT HE SHOT HER, to be clear.
But it might reduce the charge…

So disclaimer… I only dabbled in dressage, haven’t been in NJ in years, no ties to either party, I’m here mostly for the crazy TBH, have read 4000 or so of the 4400ish posts (sorry but the last several pages of the same posters bickering about semantics got real boring and I skipped) … I know this has already been posted as a viewpoint but I think it bares a bit of first person repeating…

I carried a gun when a certain cyberbully/COTH houseguest phenom started personally harassing me into my personal and professional life. I never thought I needed it bc he was generally all talk, but I was prepared to use it. If he, a 30 something larger man was LK, and I (at the time a 20 something) female was MB… no one would be surprised about the possession of a firearm at the time. Crazy is crazy is crazy. A spade is a spade. No one should assign any claims of innocence or guilt based on gender and size/age. I believe 90% of you here are already on board with that thought. But to accuse some posters for victim shaming… would it be victim shaming/blaming if the gender roles were reversed? JMO

I was thinking earlier today about how many people have been effected by this incident. What a shame so many lives have been disrupted in so many ways. I put ALL of the blame on Lauren Kanarek. Did she deserve to be shot? NO, but she instigated and pushed this to the outcome she brought on everyone. In the future if someone tells you to leave their property, do it immediately.

You are verifiably nuts. The man shot her and she is 100% to blame but NO, this isn’t victim blaming.

In the court of public opinion to some MB will always be guilty regardless of the outcome. To others, this is a prime example of the self-defense plea. If she has changed her story so many times, reasonable doubt would cause most jurors to find him not guilty of attempted murder. That said, only what is said under oath and in the witness box will be the true test for a jury.

There are so many questions open I suspect it will come down to who is the better, most convincing witness on the stand during the trial. LK and RG have shown repeatedly they are not reliable in their recollections.

It is quite telling, that right after the shooting, many, many people that know LK and RG surmised that RG shot her. Now I am NOT saying that is what happend, just that it shows what people think of them.
The question still remains as to whether or not the shooting was self defense.
MB’s lawyer caannot build a case until the arraignment, and until he is given evidence in the discovery.

To keep the “actual discussion” going, I am retiring from this post until more pertinent information is available to comment about. Perhaps the arraignment will happen soon and more details will be available.

Self defense…did you even read the laws etc shared back on self defense? The man went to confront her and brought a gun. Based on reasonable force alone it won’t fly under self defense.

Someone being a bad tenant that won’t leave who you then shoot because you’re mad about it doesn’t exactly classify as self defense.

Sometimes it’s best to not comment. It can make one look really foolish. First she could hear him saying he wanted to apologize but then said she couldn’t hear him. This is ridiculous. Imagine this on the witness stand!

However reading through the list posted of her supposed inconsistency I can see how most can fit into what she just wrote. 4&6 say the same thing and is what she is saying now. Maybe she was reading and fell asleep, maybe the porch is screened in so when she said she went outside to talk to him that’s what she meant. I don’t know and don’t care. The most important fact is that she was shot. And he did it. He basically at the hearing said he did it because he wanted them out (he can be seen at times telling his lawyer what to say). If he is making up a story of self defense now, major inconsistency.
She has been trashed for saying she had her Bronze, however there is a post in June from MH congratulating LK for getting it, apparently a mistake but explains why LK thought she did. There was no knife, the pink gun wasn’t hers, they had no weapons, they have left the property and were not trying to take it from MB. You will have to excuse me for not taking anything anyone says on here as fact.

If I were eggbutt I certainly would not provide too much information about that connection. Since LK has posted on this thread and is likely still reading it, providing too much information may “out” eggbutt to LK. I certainly wouldn’t want to become a target of LKs.

I’m so sorry you are having trouble understanding my posts…I clearly said until other pertinent information is available I would bow out. Honestly, I consider LK’s very recent FB post as pertinent information and further proof of her delusions.

Nothing anyone says here is fact, except what you say. Someone that has not met LK, RG, or MB. Has never been to the property, only knows what little information, whether it is true or not, from the media, and whatever you choose to believe. Got it!!

MB was telling the lawyer what to say because that lawyer did not do his job, which is why he now has a new lawyer. No one expected him to get bail, but the lawyer could have at least had the story straight.
LK not having her bronze is really no big deal, but she is still insisting she has it. It is easy enough to check, and admit you made a mistake, but just another facade she will keep up. And lets be honest, is it really that impressive to get 2 scores of just barely 60% at three levels on horses that someone else trained, one being trained to I1? Just my opinion, but it does not impress me!

How are you so sure they have actually removed their possesions from the property? LK commented that after the FL season she will be returning to NJ. I wonder where she is planning on going, since I would guess most barn owners in that area would steer clear of her. I have my suspicions!

Because she doesn’t seem like a Troll, or the need to flaunt her connection and spill info here and there with ZERO proof to back it up. I could come on here doing the same thing, none of us know who eggbutt is so why is her info taken as fact?
