Dear lord, 600+ posts, is there any news? Do we have the witness list?

IM told us 4 I think. The first two police officers and I forgot the other two. He might have been cajoled into more but then it veered off back down the rabbit trail to the rabbit hole through the looking glass of did the first police officer do a bad job by making sure LK didn’t die as opposed to securing RG after he secured the unsearched MB who still had a fully loaded additional clip in his pocket. (I’m not going to argue with the success of no one died and it was just him.)

I’m curious about the witness list too.

As I recall he said the defense was calling two police officers and two experts (I assume psychiatric).

I’m wondering if MHG will be called.

Yeah, that attorney was fired five minutes after this court appearance. He sauntered in to speak with Barisone five minutes before the appearance began. Incompetent to say the least.

How was he a danger to the Justice System? Can one be charged for that?

BTW, you should be aware that LK can’t stand Nancy Jaffer.

Ok, Eggbutt claims that she’s not being fed information by someone very close to the defense.

But Eggbutt posted long ago that the defendant’s psychiatric expert was Steven Simring. That information was not in the public domain……it could have only come from someone very close to the case.
So, Eggbutt……how did you get that information if you’re not close to the defendant or his people.
You don’t have to answer……but those who have been questioning you about this can then draw their own conclusions about how you just “theorize!” Yeah……you just theorize as an interested equestrian. Right!

Simring was mentioned by Judge Taylor himself in the Heymer hearing at the end when Taylor and Bilinkas were talking about how long “Simring” would need for his report! Keep up, ok?
