Hey Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya), I was just looking thru the text conversations that were part of the latest brief that Mr. Deininger filed in response to GAS’s motion.

It appears this text that says “haha…maybe they’ll be homeless” was sent by you.

Such a strange thing for a lawyer and father to write about someone else, no? Why would you want anyone to be homeless? Why would you laugh about anyone being homeless?

I have to assume that you do not volunteer at the soup kitchen with your lovely wife, Kirby Kanarek (@Seeker1).

Why do you say it was sent by JK?

It was part of a text stream in which LK, RG, and LK were involved.

Isn’t it more likely that it was sent by RG?

I would guess that the conversation happened at some time before all the Kanarek problems were evident.
I can totally see Mr. Tarshis having that opinion of an online bulletin board. I do not find it negative that he feels that way.

Yes, she did.

A year or so before the shooting she extolled MBs skills as a trainer and bragged that she had quickly progressed from first level to fourth level in a short time.

I routinely wonder, in the case that there are oddly specific rules announced, what exactly someone did to result in that rule.

That reminds me of a picture of a sign I see posted periodically that says no horses are allowed in the washroom. I don’t know where it’s from, but there must be a reason for it. Lol.

It’s a show grounds in Australia. A friend of mine from there identified it when I shared it on Facebook when I shared the picture…

Really? I still wonder what happened to make them post that sign. Lol.

I think the KanarekKrew believes that they are smarter and more clever than anyone else. What a shock it must be to finally realize that the IEM comprises people far smarter and far more clever.

I don’t know if it’s a question of being smarter as much as it’s just very hard to keep your story straight when you’re lying all the time. Even when you’ve had lots and lots and lots of practice.

So, @SillyHorse was claiming it is the EIM that “comprises people far smarter and far more clever”.

I’ve never seen IM claim to be “smarter and more clever than anyone else”. He may believe it, but he doesn’t publicly assert that he’s smarter and more clever. In my experience, it’s not the clever people who go around bragging about their cleverness.
