Well sure, I’m not saying it’s impossible, and answering questions is easier when you’ve only got one story to tell.
But that’s my point, it’s hard to read the room on line, and LK strikes me as someone who plays to the audience, or who puts things into writing without regard to how it’s taken. I think a deposition, in person or online, is going to be hard for her.

Of course, for me when I was deposed(witness) it was very tiring because the events were a long time earlier, and it was a contractor situation where I’d had opinions, so I was very careful to try and separate my opinions from what had actually happened. It was a lot of work!

The animosity towards the GoFundMe and LO tells me that they are hoping MBs resources dry out so it will settle and every delay tactic is geared to that end.

They can’t win on substance or character so they will take a win any way they can get it. And for them a settlement is the best win they can hope for IMHO.

I also look at the animosity towards LO, the same way I look at the things they have said about MHG. Hurting innocent people who get in their way is just fun for them. They want everyone to look at Lauren as a poor innocent female who is being wronged by the evil man, but then it is OK for them to say horrible things about any female on the other side of the aisle.
They have done some really low things during all of this. But their latest attacks on LO are lower than low. It is them showing their true colors.

I finally got my legal eagle attorney mom interested in this case when I was talking with her yesterday. Does anyone have a summarized list of links to the filings? She doesn’t want to read all our drivel here on the forums, but does enjoy a good civil case banter, in the formal sense.

Edit: It was my mention of the ex parte communication that got her going. Her reaction, verbatim, was “Oh my god!!!”

To try and put MB in a position where he has to sell his Florida farm and declare bankruptcy is my guess. Remember what I wrote about LK deciding to destroy someone who SHE KNEW had mental health struggles (and had worked SO hard for SO long to succeed despite them)? That it was like pulling wings off of a butterfly? Well, destroying him financially for fun is very much in keeping with her character.
