Thanks to the many posters who wished me luck on my knee surgery. Finally home - and had lots of emails and SM business and hundreds of posts here to catch up on. Lots of ice and meds on board!

I have no idea who Knights Mom is, and don’t particularly care who she is. I think it’s somewhat useful to keep track of who the insiders are, and in my own little mind, I have inferred that she is an insider, based on her assertions that she knew there was a signed order two days prior to it being posted in the online system. If she wants to deny it, that’s cool.

The signed and dated order denying Lauren’s motion to appoint a fiscal administrator preventing Barisone from selling horses appeared on the NJ court site today, March 27. It is dated today, March 27. Somehow Knights Mom claims to have seen a signed and dated judge’s order on the motion two days ago.

What I took away from the previous discussion on this issue was that if the charge is attempted first degree murder, and the defendant thinks it is beneficial to have the jurors have the option of considering a lesser “included” charge, such as attempted second degree murder, or assault with a deadly weapon, the defendant can request that the lesser, included charges be available to the jury, rather than going all-or-nothing on attempted first degree murder. Much of it is in previous threads. She is usually somewhat more subtle than saying “Lauren refuses to take blame for making MB shoot her”, but not all that much. There is a group of about 4 or 5 posters who chime in and repeat the same message. I’m not saying you are part of the group.

Yes the Bible incorporates and preaches the Thora in Christianity. the Old Testament is the Thora… Jesus was practicing and respectful Jew. it doesn’t matter what religion you are - but if you start spewing Biblical versus you should know what they mean… and anyone that knows the Bible or Thora would not behave this way… propaganda.
